Kelly W. Gladden, BS, RRT, RPSGT, CCSH
Co-Founder, Clinical Sleep Health Consulting, LLC
Kelly Gladden has spent more than 20 years advancing respiratory and sleep medicine across ICUs, outpatient labs, and hospitals. She pioneered inpatient sleep navigation before the research validated its urgency. Today, with The Lancet Respiratory Medicine projecting OSA prevalence to reach 46.2% of U.S. adults by 2055, and Wang et al. confirming its ties to cardiovascular disease and premature death, her work is no longer innovative—it’s essential.
As co-founder of Clinical Sleep Health Consulting, LLC (CSHCLLC)—recognized as the National Gold Standard for Comprehensive Sleep Health Implementation™—Kelly leads training design, hospital implementation, and CEU-accredited education aligned with the AASM 2025 Guidelines, which now mandate inpatient OSA screening, treatment continuation, and discharge planning. Her book, A Diary: Build and Grow a Hospital Navigation Program, offers hospitals a practical blueprint for embedding sleep as a measurable clinical standard.
Still in Scrubs. Still on the Floors. Still in the Boardroom. Still in the Community™—that’s where you’ll find Kelly. She translates evidence into practice, helping hospitals turn complex challenges into sustainable, patient-centered sleep workflows. Her conviction is clear: “Sleep Isn’t a Luxury. It’s a Clinical Priority™.”
Mrs. Donnie J. Brown-Hill, MPH, BS, CCSH, RPSGT, CPC
Co-Founder, Clinical Sleep Health Consulting, LLC
Mrs. Donnie J. Brown-Hill—widely known as Mrs. Donnie—is a national leader in hospital sleep health, recognized for uniting frontline credibility with strategic vision. She closes the gap between evidence, policy, and real-time patient care, ensuring sleep is not just discussed but delivered as a measurable clinical standard.
Her leadership arrives at a pivotal moment: The Lancet projects OSA prevalence to exceed 76 million U.S. adults by 2055; Wang et al. confirm its impact on morbidity, mortality, and cost; and the AASM 2025 Guidelines now require hospitals to standardize inpatient OSA screening, treatment continuation, and discharge planning.
Still in Scrubs. Still on the Floors. Still in the Boardroom. Still in the Community™—that’s where you’ll find Donnie. As a frontline Clinical Sleep Navigator, she was embedding pathways into hospital systems long before national guidelines caught up. Today, her work aligns with The Lancet’s projections, Wang’s findings, and the AASM’s standards—making sleep measurable across every layer of care, from the C-suite to Environmental Services.
As co-founder of Clinical Sleep Health Consulting, LLC (CSHCLLC)—the National Gold Standard for Comprehensive Sleep Health Implementation™—Donnie co-created the CSHP™ Certification, designed CEU-accredited trainings, and built licensing strategies so hospitals never have to guess how to integrate sleep. In her upcoming book, Don’t Sleep on You, she extends that mission, helping clinicians reclaim peace, purpose, and resilience while improving outcomes for the patients they serve.
Her conviction is unapologetic: “Sleep isn’t a luxury—it’s a clinical priority.™”
